Dubai says not responsible for Dubai World debt (Reuters)

Reuters - The Dubai government said on Monday it wasn’t responsible for the debts of Dubai World, dealing a blow to creditors’ assumptions that the Arab emirate would guarantee the conglomerate’s liabilities.
